As well as performing in a duo with the renowned pianist David Quigley, Jack performs together with David Quigley and the fantastic viola player Rose Redgrave (Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Coull Quartet) as the Incus Ensemble.
Formed in 2014, the Incus Ensemble is a flexible chamber music group that brings a fresh perspective and energy to established repertoire as well as being strong advocates of new music. Members of the Incus ensemble have a breadth of experience, having performed worldwide in major concert venues and classical music festivals as soloists and chamber musicians. These include performances at Carnegie Hall New York, Wigmore Hall London, Musikverein Vienna, Symphony Hall Birmingham and many of the UK's most prestigious festivals. At the heart of Incus Ensemble are it's founding members Jack McNeill (clarinets) Rose Redgrave (viola) and David Quigley (piano). The virtuosic trio can offer repertoire for this unusual combination of instruments ranging from Mozart through to Kurtag and Cutler. Guest members are frequently invited to join the ensemble to offer a greater variety of repertoire and to allow for more ambitious programmes to be presented.
